ATM Facilities

Many of our stallholders and food vendors will be accepting EFTPOS. The closest ATM is at the NAB, 49 Main Street, Timboon.

 

Accessibility

Graze the Day is an open and inclusive event for all to attend with no restrictions or limitations on access.

The event has accessible access toilets, which are positioned on the path to allow for easy access.

​Public toilets, including an accessible toilet, are also located on Bailey Street.

​A drop-off/pick-up location is positioned at the entrance area for accessible access permit holders.

Graze the Day Program

Go to PROGRAM | Graze Hard-copy program will be available closer to the event.

There is a branded First Aid post at the Event Management Area.

Missing/Found Persons 

In the event of a missing or found person, please see event staff or security.
 

Lost Property

Lost property handed in on the day will be held at the Event Management Area.

Following the event, all lost property will be given to the local Police.  
 

Food options

We have a variety of food and drinks vendors, who will cater to most needs. If you have food allergies, please check with individual vendors on the day to make sure food is suitable for you.
 

Can I bring in food/drink?

We are here to support our stallholders, so BYO food and/or drinks is not permitted. We have a large water station, so please bring along an empty drink bottle to refill.
 

Smoking/Vaping

Smoking and vaping is not permitted in the event area. This will be reinforced by onsite staff, security officers and event ambassadors.
 

Toilets

Portable unisex and accessible access toilets will be available at the event.

Public toilets are located on Bailey Street.

Baby change table is available at the Public Toilets in Bailey Street.
 

Can I bring my dog/pet?

Graze the Day is a people-only event, however certified assistance animals are welcome to attend. See below for more info. 
 

Shelter

Graze the Day is hosted in an open public space. Temporary shelter will be provided by the use of teepee marquees and umbrellas.
 

Water and Sunscreen

Free water sunscreen is available at the designated location alongside the First Aid and Event Management Area.
 

What can/can’t I bring to the event?

YOU ARE WELCOME TO BRING ALONG – 

  • A foldable chair or a picnic blanket.

  • Drink bottles/reusable cups to refill at our water station. Branded Graze the Day refusable items will be available for purchase. 

YOU CAN’T BRING – 

  • Your own tent or market umbrella.

  • Any food or alcohol (although you can bring food/drinks for your babies and toddlers).

There is some other stuff you cannot bring in, outlined in our Event Terms and Conditions.
 

What To Wear

Graze the Day will go ahead in rain or shine, so please check the weather report and dress appropriately.
 

Waste Management

Waste stations will be installed on site, with four bin types and an educational waste station.

  • What is the 2024 event date and time?
    Saturday 23 November – 11 am to 5 pm
  • Where is the event located?
    Join us at the Timboon Amphitheatre, Snake Track Road, Timboon, Victoria.
  • Can I bring my dog/ pet?
    Graze the Day is a people-only event, however certified assistance animals are welcome to attend. This includes: Guide Dogs and Seeing Eye Dogs Lions Hearing Dogs Autism Assistance Dogs Service Dogs – for those with a physical disability or post-traumatic stress disorder Assistance animals must be wearing a harness, identification lead or a vest/coat identifying them as working animals.
  • Where can I park?
    Parking is located on Snake Track Road, Lambert Street and Timboon District Hall.
  • What transport is available?

  • Are there any buses provided?
    Bookings for a limited bus service can be found when purchasing your event ticket. Services are being provided as a trial for the first year of the event. Limited in seating and routes. Bookings essential. The trial includes only one service to and from the event - origins of Camperdown, Cobden, Terang, Peterborough, Port Campbell. We encourage you get a carload, and travel to and from the event safely with a designated driver. Non-alcoholic drinks will be available and free water.
  • Can I apply to have a stall at the event?
    Graze the Day is all about showcasing our region’s finest. Contact us if you are interested in the 2025 event.
  • What else can I do that weekend?

  • Is the event being held again in 2025?
    Sure is! Start planning for 2025 – next year’s Graze the Day will be on Saturday 22 November 2025. Enjoy the 2024 Graze the Day. Please stay connected on our Facebook page, Instagram and our regular news updates.
  • How can I purchase tickets?
    Tickets are $20 per person (Adults 18+), kids are freee, but do need a ticket. Get yours now through Humanitix – ticket sales are open.
  • What about children's tickets?
    All children must have a ticket and be accompanied by an adult, entry is free for those under 18.
  • Can I resell my tickets?
    We’re sorry, but tickets cannot be resold through Council or Humanitix.
  • Can I get a refund?
    Graze the Day is an all-weather event and will only offer a refund, partial refund or exchange as per the Terms and Conditions. We’re committed to running Graze the Day rain or shine.
  • Does my name need to be on my ticket?
    You will need to enter names for each ticketholder when you purchase your tickets.
  • Can I buy tickets at the gate?
    We strongly recommend pre-purchasing your tickets. If you arrive at the gate you will be asked to purchase your tickets online using Humanitix.
  • Is there a cap on tickets?
    Yes! We’ve capped the numbers so everyone has a comfortable experience.
  • Do I need to print my ticket?
    Bring your ticket along on your phone or print it out (all paper tickets will be recycled after the event).
  • Can I get a group booking discount?
    Sorry, we do not offer group discounts.
  • Will I need an age verification?
    Producers who are selling alcoholic beverages will follow conditions of their Producer’s Licence and meet RSA requirements, including verification of age with the sale of beverages. Please make sure you have ID so age verification can be checked.
  • Do you provide anti-lost child wristbands?
    Yes. Write your phone number on a wristband at the gate, and have your child wear this at the event to make it easier to re-unite lost children.
